Do you offer free in-home consultations?
Yes, we provide free in-home consultations within the Tulsa trading area, with no trip charge. For locations beyond 50 miles, a travel fee applies to cover the extra distance. However, if you choose to purchase from us, the travel fee will be credited towards your order!
What brands and styles do you offer?
We proudly offer a wide selection of Hunter Douglas window treatments, including indoor shutters, Roman shades, banded shades, and faux wood options, to name a few. Our range of styles ensures you can find the perfect solution for your home’s unique needs and aesthetic.
Which window coverings can be motorized?
Most of our window coverings can be motorized for added convenience and ease of use. However, there are a few exceptions, such as 1'' aluminum blinds, real wood shutters, and hybrid shutters, which are not available with motorization.
Can I program motorized shades to operate automatically at certain times?
Absolutely! Our motorized shades can be programmed to operate automatically at specific times. During installation, our expert will guide you through the setup process and show you how to customize the schedule to suit your needs.
Are your window treatments covered by a warranty?
Yes, all of our Hunter Douglas window treatments come with a limited lifetime guarantee. Additionally, we back our custom installations with a 6-month warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Do you offer any child-proof window treatments?
Yes, we offer child-proof window treatments that comply with the latest federal regulations. All our products are cordless to ensure safety, though some still include internal cords within the blinds. Rest assured, there are no external pull cords.
What areas do you service?
We serve the Greater Tulsa area, including Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks, Broken Arrow, and the surrounding communities. For locations 50-70 miles away, we are happy to provide service with an additional trip charge.
Can you help me find a window treatment for an odd-shaped window?
Yes, we have helped many customers with odd-shaped windows.
Do you install my custom window treatments?
Yes, we have an installer that has been with us for over 15 years. He and his son are very considerate when entering a customer's home.
Do you offer window treatments that help keep the heat out in summer and warmth in during winter?
Yes, we do! Energy efficiency is a priority for us. We offer a range of products designed to keep your home cool in the summer by blocking out heat and warm in the winter by providing insulation. Be sure to ask us about the Federal Tax Credit available for our Duette and Applause Honeycomb Shades.
